((SOT: The daughter was so instrumental in what happened here. The information that she obtained is what brought this to conclusion. She's a star.))Investigators say an anonymous tipster spotted James Patrick Wonder at a dialysis center Wednesday afternoon. SWAT team members and dozens of officers surrounded the shopping mall where the medical facility is locatedand arrested the 65 year old man. That came just hours after Pettit's widow made this emotional plea.((SOT: Please help us. We just need need one call. It won't bring my husband back but it will be justice.))Wednesday night, she offered a tearful thank you to those involved in the investigation.((SOT: You did it. You found this man. At least I have some closure for this. So, thank you for listening to us and being on the look out for this terrible person.))More than 400 officers and 2 Black Hawk helicopters were involved in the daylong manhunt for Wonder. Police say they're still investigating the incident, but they believe Pettit and Wonder were arguing before the fatal shot was fired.
